How do you think, if i missed or omitted something, let me know. Domestication is OP(the enemy can try to kill deers first before you take it!)? And I don’t know what would be a nice historical wonder for Yakuts. Leave comments.

Maybe only one or two deer/rabbit/whatever can be domesticated per Age?

Well, i couldn’t devise that cure!
If it would be added, I’d like to set it like this: ‘in dark age only 2.’ (after dark age no limit)

Because, in dark age, your enemy cannot kill the deer with Scout. (Villager can, but it can be a compultion to do the inefficient)
So what I mean: some skirmish for deer in feudal. In feudal age the enemy can kill all the deer before you tame it.

Domestication is awful! People can lure the huntables and all this does is work for people who are too lazy to learn deer luring.

I hate to say gitgud but cutting food supplies in half is brutal!

That said 3 of their bonuses are villager based and with so much extra HP you can easily survive a drush and forward tower rush much more safely especially with faster archers. This civ however will dominate shore fish maps like 50% faster fishermen is nuts!!!

Isnt this useless if there are no shore fish in the map?Anything related to water is pretty situational noh.

Too many bonus for villager IMO and domestication is very difficult to implement in the game.
Fisherman bonus are weird for a continental people, I know there is rivers in Siberia but another food bonus seem better inspired.

Pasture seem mandatory. Also regional skin for pasture because the actual pasture is with wild sheep.

Gold bonus from animal. Fur trade was important in Siberia. Removing all gold mining technology

Type of gold bonus : gold huntable stay longer : gold but gold huntable are not present ion all the map.
Huntable give gold in addition of food (gold huntable give more). Predator also give gold when killed.
Pasture give a little trickle of gold

Steppe lancer are mandatory because they come from the steppe.
Catapult galleon are mandatory

UU and UT : good.

Bloodline bonus
Yakuts cattle and horse are very robust. A bloodline bonus can be good, not free, maybe bloodline cost no food or gold. Bloodline are 50% cheaper. Bloodline are 50% more effective (30 HP instead of 20 HP)
I think it’s better to give them Bloodline are 50% more effective, the cost can stay the same, more so if they have a bonus of gold from huntable/pasture.

What campaign for this civilization ?

well, about fishermen bonus, i’m not sure

It is a great replacement. Also bloodline is.

if there’s a campaign for this, I’d like to see unification of Sakha people by Tygyn Darkhan, and furthermore conflict with Russian/Cossacks. (in the end, defeated and subjugated)

XVII century is very late for AoE2, maybe an earlier campaign relating their journey from the steppe to Yakutia.

Those events would fit better with AoE3DE. Its upcoming DLC will add Inuit and Sámi as minor civs, I wonder whether a full-fledged civ based on indigenous circumpolar people could work there, too.
