My MODS are buged since the new patch please help

So i bought the new DLC and i download the new patch and then as always mods arent working so i close the game reinstall my mods but i see them stuck on downloading and once the dl finishes nothing happens its like i never clicked on it.I tried reinstalling 3 times,verified my files,manual delete of mods in my files but nothing works. 100% of the time whatever mod i pick never loads as seen in the clip after the download is done nothing happens

  • 25% of the time / matches I play (SOMETIMES)
  • 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)
  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

I am on the same boat. Please let me know of you find a solution.

This issue is present if your Windows account has special characters (á, or chinese for example). I recommend you to create an account without those characters for now.
