My username appears as "Player 1" in Multiplayer

Issue:

Age Of Empires 3: DE
For some days now, when I enter a multiplayer game, my username appears as “Player 1”.

Reproduction Steps:

No idea.

(The site does not let me upload a 2nd image, with my in-game profile, since it says I am a “new player”. Anyway, in the profile-page, inside the game, it shows the correct username)
