when i play aztec(maybe it happens with other civs too i dont remember) i choose native card to my deck but if that native i choose have a settlement on the map until i build a trading post there i cant use the native card i choose(inf native card)
Is this in reference for the Mayan Allies? If so, it is being fixed next patch and is listed in the PUP notes.

yes them i cant use them when they have a settlement on the map
