I finished new skin quest. But new Dutch skin still locked. And the skin of Francis Drake is locked too. I also join the event last month.

Serious BUG:
The game reports that it is unlocked! But NO
2 days left until to the end of the event.
This is contrary to common sense!!!

Unfortunately,after the 15.3 update,the Drake skin reward for the community event is still locked.
On the official website the isssue appears as “fixed” (on the known issues section)
We still need a fix.

As last month for Sir Drake, again the reward is locked for the dutch event.
All requirements are met and skin is locked in homecity.
Please help ! (again)

reporting the same thing that happened to me with francis drake happened again here, claim reward screen appears as i launch the game, i click claim reward, and the skin remains locked

This is really weird. I already claimed mine.
I saw a window and clicked Claim Reward!
Then here i have it. How could there have been inconsistencies on this? Server issue, Programming or Bugs? I havent the slightest idea.

The same issue as last reward. Some unlocked it,some did not. Both teams doing the same flow and for a lot of us it did not unlock.

I got the pop up that said claim reward but it didn’t actually unlock. It did it for Drake skin as well.

I had all 4 weeks completed but it remained locked, then when I started the game today a message popped up to claim it, seems to be very buggy.
