Sure it looks like trolling… Even the word Khmer was misspelled. 
Someone recently got hard loss against Khmer.

@VitreousTuba437 If you are serious about nerfing Khmer please create a new topic and give specific examples of why the civilization needs to be nerfed so a discussion can be formed around those examples.
