Game Issue: The Network of Castles buff of the English civilization and is improved version (After researching Network of Citadels) doesn’t provide the correct attack speed increase on most of the cases.
To reproduce: Play any custom or online game as the English and check attack speeds with and without both the unimproved and improved bonus.
