Currently if you get the upgrade Network of Citadels your landmarks including: King’s Palace, The White Tower, Berkshire Palace, Capital Town Center will stop providing the attack speed aura(They provide the aura before you get the upgrade, but not after).
Your Keeps, Outposts and Stone Wall Tower still provide it after the upgrade.

yeah i got this bug, it totally threw a game, losing 40 percent attack speed is no joke especially when defending
