New dlc achievement translation error for Simp. Chinese

The translations of scenario names are inconsistent between in-game and achievement. For example, Poland 5 is “维陶塔斯远征” in game while “维陶塔斯的十字军东征” (The in-game one is a more suitable one for “crusade”)
