New to Abbasid — what is going on with gather rates with golden age?

As per title, Im new to the Abbasid civ. I noticed that the Landmark says in golden age Tier 1 = 15% extra gather rate for villagers and Tier 3= 20%; whereas the tooltip on villagers say 10% in T1, 15% in T2 and T3. Can anyone please confirm what actual gather rates are and what they should be? thx

Tier 1 is +15%. I think the tooltip is wrong.

It is 15% at T1 and an additional 20% at T3. T2 will just buff tech speed.
