Nezha' ring issue

Issue:

When Nezha reaches adulthood by advancing to the Mythic Age, he does not obtain his Universe Ring:

When he subsequently dies or is deleted, and re-trained, he gains two Universe Rings:

Repro Steps:

  1. Play a skirmish game as Fuxi.
  2. Advance to the Classical Age and train Nezha.
  3. Advance to the Mythic Age → adult Nezha without the ring.
  4. Delete Nezha (or let him die).
  5. Re-train Nezha → Nezha with the two rings.

v.100 18.65484.0 (589772R): Seems to be partially fixed: Nezha obtains his ring when reaching adulthood, however, after his death and re-training, he still gains two rings.
