I’ve completed challenge 10 which should unlocks Japanese explorer skin Kichiro but can’t access it. Clicking the EXPLORER button doesn’t help neither. Normally explorer should appear near the dock of homecity but it’s not, as if I don’t own any new skins at all.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Dunno why this issue happened. I have mods but none modify Japanese explorer skins

Japanese explorer should appear in homecity for me to choose skins
