Technical Support Request: Persistent Progression & XP Sync Failure

Problem Description

Since December 2025, my account has stopped recording all forms of progression. Despite completing matches across multiple game modes, the following systems are completely non-functional:

  1. XP Gains: Zero experience is awarded at the post-match screen.

  2. Daily Challenges: Objectives remain at 0% progress regardless of completion.

  3. Masteries/Achievements: No progress is tracked for any civilization masteries.

Modes Affected

  • Ranked and Unranked Multiplayer

  • Co-op vs. AI

  • Solo Skirmish (Standard and Modded)

Troubleshooting Already Attempted

  • Verified integrity of game files via Steam.

  • Clean reinstallation of the game.

  • Logged out and back into the linked Xbox/Microsoft account.

  • Confirmed no “Mods” are active that would disable score tracking.

  • Confirmed system clock is synced with internet time (often a cause for XP sync errors).

Note: This issue has persisted across the most recent major content update.
