Issue: Japanese do not get the free advance to age 2 afforded to other pantheons in Kastor’s Story portion Arena of the God mode.

Repro Steps: Play any mission as a Japanese god.

A similar bug also affected Freyr at one point, but only if he advanced through the new Classical Age god Ullr, because I guess the condition is set at the minor god level.

This bug handicaps the Japanese in these missions because the AI is still afforded the instant, free advance.
