Issue:
Even though the user config file notepad has the option to modify the delay for Game UI tooltips appearing, the ingame settings do not have a slider or option available to modify that delay.
The only delay that we are able to modify is the World Tooltips one, while the Game UI tooltips (for example the tooltip that shows description of a technology or unit to train) we cant change the delay and its fixed on a specific number. we can only change it by editing notepad file directly
Also same thing with the large minimap, in the notepad there is a setting to have the large minimap on by default, but there is no way to do it through settings.
Adding these 2 to settings would be nice quality of life
