No Season 3 reward were given to My account

So I acheived Diamond 3 on solo’s, in Season 3 in solo ranked, and diamond in team ranked. However I was not award the Season emblem or Statue. I was wondering why this may be and how I can get my due rewards? Any help will be much appreciated!
