Balance reason. Turks is doing fine.

Turks are already in a good spot where they are. No need to make them a broken civ.

I really think Turks need some help and bit of a change. Jannies in castle range 7 with almost zero accuracy is already hurts. Cavarly archers are being nerfed , no skirms no pikes , no arbs , no palas no onagers and one of the worst eco in game… Jannies need attack bonus against cavalry like +3/+6 and steppe lancers for Turks would be amazing. Maybe Turks could have Sipahi (new unique cavarly) rather than Knight line would be amazing.

Lacking Elite Skirmisher hurts more.

If I had a choice, I’d prefer something like the Genitour.
