Not all games listed for spectating

I’ve found out that by far not all games which are currently played in the ladder are featured in the spectate menu. I thought that all ranked games should be spectatable.

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Using https://aoe2.net/#aoe2de-matches-ongoing it is possible to see which games are live. Most of them can’t be found in the spectate menu. The filtering option makes it even easier to see that the game is not featured there (simply type in the first letters of the name of one of the players).
