Not being able to join matches

I tried to join ranked and normal game matches, but some glitches happen after de loading screen and I cant seem to join matches.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

• 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Join ranked or normal game
2. Wait to find a match
3. After match found, pick a civ and zero the countdown.
4. Loading screen, then the game never starts and I amd forced to ALT+F4

EXPECTED RESULT

The game would load normaly

Are you using mods? If so, can you try disabling them and restarting the game?
