Obviously you can sell 2 DLCs, but you have to make such a ***

The Three Kingdoms could have been added to the Chronicles DLC, and then a Song Dynasty DLC was released, but it turned out to be like this because of the entanglement between the production team, which is so incredible that I can’t believe that this is a professional team!

The strategy is to bundle a small amount of quality contents with a lot of BS, so people who really want the former, and won’t buy the latter if they were sold separately, will now have to buy both.

A recent developer interview mentioned that the team has doubled in size compared to before, reaching around a hundred people. Indeed, the Three Kingdoms can be used as a Chinese chronicle to launch a DLC as a selling point, rather than bundling and selling some civilizations that do not belong to the Three Kingdoms period together

You’re right 11 I would have probably only bought the Khitan+Jurchen stuff and skipped the Three Kingdoms Chronicles part to be honest if they would have been sold separately.

I bought it for Khitans and Jurchens. In the worst case, I can still remove the three kingdoms stuff unfavouriting them while playing SP skirmishes. MP doesn’t have that option though FeelsBadMan.
