:arrow_forward: The lag is back like it was after the September patch. That was unplayable. This is not quite as bad but still pretty unplayable for all my games.

Disable new Anti Alias options.

I checked those options on graphics and they were already disabled and still have the same problem as OP

Check that your GPU driver is up to date, disable overlays(Steam, Discord, Nvidia) and if using a third party antivirus, add the whole folder of the game to the exception list.

Many people are reporting lag. Game performance has worsened
