Replace Inspired Warrior tech with a new tiered influence buff available in Feudal
Zealot influence range radius is 6 tiles
the more Zealots that are present around infantry, the better the buff
1+ Zealot - Endurance - infantry base movement increased to 1.375
2+ Zealot - Fortitude - infantry gain +1 melee and ranged armor
3+ Zealot - Strength - infantry do +20% damage

Zealot can be trained for discount from Burgrave
1 Zealot comes free with completion of Regnitz
Max buff level times out when infantry are not in range within 1 second (something like Network of Castles)
New imperial tech: Martyr - whenever a Zealot dies, all infantry within his influence attack 20% faster for 15 seconds (non-additive, timer will reset for an infantry unit if another zealot dies)
This makes the mechanism of individually inspiring units completely go away for OotD
