Opening a replay give black screen and makes game unresponsive

Issue:

When opening any replay, it is black and I can not interact with it or exit. I am forced to restart the game as ESC does not do anything.

Trigger Event:

Opening any replay

Repro Steps:

From main menu, select “replays”
Select a replay
Click open
