It acts as a Barracks that produces infantry at +500% speed and contains barracks upgrades.
Mongol
Khaganate Palace
Spawns a cavalry army of Horsemen, Mangudai, or Lancers every 90 seconds. Can choose which units to be produced.
Delhi Sultanate
Tower of Victory
Melee and ranged infantry permanently gain about +15% attack speed.
Hisar Academy
It acts as a Madrasah. Constantly generates Food based on total number of technologies researched.
