the bug kept repeating itself, I canceled the repair of the mangonel with the jannissaries and when I restarted it the bug started again in exactly the same way.
for more context I was age 4, shortly before I made the elite janissary upgrade, my mongonneau took arrow and springale damage from the white tower, before also he was attacked by English men-at-arms at the same time as I repaired it (without having paused for thought).no upgrade on mangonels.
