The Ottoman Expeditionary Army tooltip says it only gives 12 Janissaries when the army gives 13 Janissaries.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play India

  2. Ally With the Ottoman consulate

  3. Notice the tooltip is wrong in the English version of the game.

The tooltip should say it sends 13 Janissaries.
