In the scenario editor, the default civ for player 2 (red) is British. As the enemy in the first scenario only spawns units, there isn’t much difference which civ is used.
If I weren’t wrong (I don’t have a original AOE3 at hand) this was also the case in the original.
However as DE is showing the flag for all players, this looks really awkward right now. Hope this will be fixed.
