"Out of sync" errors often occur in VS AI games

GAME PLATFORM : Steam
OPERATING SYSTEM : Windows 11

This error is most common in the age upgrading of Asian civ , I haven’t modified any game content, including mod , There is a 3/1 probability of this problem in each VS AI game

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Everyone uses Asian civ in one game
  2. Upgrade age

Maybe other players rarely see this problem, but it is very frequent for me
