What the title said, this was an issue in 2004 and it’s still an issue now in 2024, except it seems to be even worse now. I legit Out of sync almost every game, especially if the game goes long. Please this has to be fixed, I love this game to death but even I’m getting fed up with the games suddenly ending, I can’t imagine how new players must feel, they will just quit the game on the spot if it happens too many times.

Same here - And it seems to have gotten worse with the recent update 
Game is basicaly unplayable by now, multiple out-of-sync errors per game up to the point where it can’t even recover it. What a shame, such a good game otherwise.
Interesting how I never had this problem nor some of my friends.
Are you guys playing on steam or xbox?
The game is legit unplayable, it mainly happens on custom maps, but I just out of sync every game man… SOO FRUSTRATING. You’d think they’d fix this after 20+ years.
The setup we have that seems to not work at all:
- Two players, both with Steam versions
- Large map with multiple AIs
