In a match with Italy on several of the new Arctic/European maps, the Outlaws in the Lombard are completely disabled (since the Trattoria homecity card is currently also bugged, it’s impossible to get Outlaws with Italy on these maps).

I’ve tried some of the new maps and also cross-checked with some of the older existing ones. So far, I’ve only noticed this problem in games on several the new Arctic/European maps (for example: The Arctic, South Norway, Norwegian Sea, Heligoland). It’s important to note, however, that this isn’t the case with all the new maps but with a huge portion of them.
