Whenever I attempt to join a multiplayer lobby and the game starts I experience input lag almost immediately. This then translates into severe game lag as if I have poor internet connection (I don’t, going at 74 Mbps). This was not an issue before the latest DLC, and I was hoping it would resolve on its own with the new patch, but it has not. I have not experienced lag this bad since HD.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

To go back to being able to play the game pvp.

+1. Recently the game feels like I had a yelo klock Every command is not followed instantly.

Yelo klock is often because of CPU problem, not internet.

I know. I don’t have it. I’m saying the input lag makes it feel like that

So is the update since the Persia DLC that much more demanding on CPU that my laptop can’t handle Aoe2 anymore? sadge

Possible. Or maybe you have a problem with your CPU. Maybe coolers ? Are they working ? Temperature isn’t too high ?
