Idk about it being an exploit but I can say several of my games have went out of sync right at start with a loss at for everyone on the team without opposite team necessarily even getting rank. On previous patches had some issues with not loading in and getting a loss seemingly without any game having been started and once with no indication that I ever got matched but I got kicked out of queue to home screen with a loss but this seems to be new, other problems described still present.

This happened to me yesterday 10 seconds into a game, counted as a loss. The game didnt lagg at all, it just happened instantly.
