Philhellenism does not discount properly when combined with certain technologies. (Yemeni Relations, Zinder Kanuris, Gaananci)

Here’s the steps to reproduce:

  1. Research Yemeni Relations
  2. Research Philhellenism
  3. Discount is 20%, not 10%

Or

  1. Research Philhellenism
  2. Research Zinder Kanuris
  3. Discount is lost

Or

  1. Research Philhellenism
  2. Research Gaananci
  3. Discount is not applied

These units should get the expected 10% discount regardless of research order. Other techs such as Ad Mapu or Loyal Warriors do work as expected in some of these cases.
