Pilgrims Crash Conditions 4x4 (BUG REPORT/CRASH HELPER does not pop up once it crashes)

My game crashed without any lag or problem in my machine. It was in a 4x4 on Pilgrims map.

Just me got dropped and crashed, apparently. But the sad part is that the crash log bug report feature in aoe 2 game did not pop up once the crash happened! My game instantly shutdown and I lost my ELO, making my team losing the game as well

Happened twice in 4 games on Pilgrims, so:

  • 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play Pilgrims 4x4.
  2. Game shutdowns abruptly, no warning, machine wasn’t throttling or anything like you would expect in a crash. The game was on feudal so there wasn’t many units around as well.
  3. I return to the desktop. the game simply closed and there is no pop up with the bug report/crash helper. I can’t find the files with details about the game crash

I was supposed to play the game normally. In the link you can check the game recording with only me dropping, which destroyed my team chances of winning.
