The card “Plan of Ayutla” mentions in its tooltip that it would allow revolutionaries to be trained, but currently the shipment doesn’t enable them if you revolt at age 2 to CA/BC then return to Mexico to age 4. It only works if you age up to age 4 without revolting.

  2. Send plan of ayutla card
  3. No revolutionary training :frowning:
