This player below , using nick “Osama” has highest rating at almost 2100. He is always in 18x so I found out he is losing on purpose to drop rating ans snipe/smurf lower rated players.
Smurfing at 1800 elo is respectable 
. You have to be a real pro to make fool a 1800 elo.
