Players are somehow revealing entire map at the beginning of the game

OK, I swear every person I am facing is somehow perfectly anticipating unit micro now from fog of war. Has anyone else noticed this?

o meu jogo as vezes fica com o mapa bugado mais quando eu que faço a sala as vezes só aparece a textura do chão não amostra unidades e construções nem nada de arvores gramas

Some civs like Italy and USA can reveal the map from the very start. That way they can see where the hunts are and predict where your villagers are.
