Players showing as resigned when spectating multiplayer (Build 33059)

Issue:

When spectating some games tonight with more than 2 players (didn’t actually look when watching 2 player games), 2 of the players would show as having resigned on the scoreboard in the lower right when you hit f4

Reproduction Steps:

1. Spectate a multiplayer game with more than 2 players
2. Hit f4 to bring up the player scores in the lower right.
