Please have the AI melee units be always destroying any nearby ships

Throughout Age of Empires 2 history, the AI somehow doesn’t send its melee units to sink nearby ships and that’s weird when it should be doing it. In DE, AI does send melee units to destroy nearby ships but that’s only occasionally while in the other games, if the melee units of the AI are close to nearby ships, that they always send the melee units to approach the ships and destroy them with the melee units. I think it’s time that this becomes the case in which that the AI melee units in AoE2 are always approaching nearby ships and attack these ships if the AI melee units and the nearby ships are at close distance.
