This is not the best way to do it imho. It’s the way its done in AoE4 and I hate it. That’s an overemphasis on readability that is not required.
Don’t units that are getting healed have a green circular glow below them?
Maybe there’s a bug that it doesn’t appear for all units.

yes there is a circle there, but a genius made that circle almost invisible
well if you dont like that emphasis you can click on configuration options to do not show that emphasis
