I have started to play a bit of mongols recently and noticed that when you use the select all military units the packed buildings are also selected.

No, but wait. There is a conflict here. The Kurultai is meant to travel into battle with the troops so they can set up camp on the frontlines and heal themselves. Having packed buildings included in select all military units makes this easy to control.

You have got a good point here.
Maybe Kurultai could be an exception to the rule.
But mostly you probably dont want your packed barracks or stables following your army when you already gave a command.

Oh man, this would be great. Not that my Ger hasn’t slain many enemies on the front line but he just lives a happier life near wilderness.
