Got it. Talwar swordsmen is a well designed unit. Historically appropriate as well compared to Eagle warrior line itself. It is also a pretty good unit to push with in late game especially if you have some backline high DPS units to counter Siege like BBC. In castle age, Maybe crossbow could play that role with the help of Equestrian archery tech.
As a historical ode, Dravidians could get 5 cav archers spawned from the castle as soon as the tech research completes.
