Would make them quite unique on the battlefield since they are completely immune to monks.
- Yes. They should be immune to conversion.
- No. They already resist conversion anyway.
- No vote.

Do we really need a unit immune to conversion?
Don’t the already have double conversion resistance? First their inherent resistance, and then the extra resistance from the team bonus?
I think they are in a good spot right now.
They already have the unique feature of a massive melee armour making them near invincible in melee. Yes it’s technically just stats but the impact is massive : you do not want to fight them in melee except a couple select units.
Well, given that the conversion mechanic exists, one might wonder if there should be special units that are resistant to it, other than just light melee cavalry, which is good against monks.
In general, considering that “Unique Units” are supposed to be the most “loyal” to the civ army they represent, perhaps they should have more resistance to conversion, including the Teutonic Knight.
Now, I don’t know if this affects ranked balance, but a casual player here speaks.
I just checked, Teutonic Knights indeed already have the inherent conversion time bonus.
When the values on the wiki are to be believed:
That would give the TK in total +6 / +4 seconds it takes them to convert. Not sure how exactly conversion resistance work, but a TK might be harder to convert than a Scout Cavalry.
It reduces the chances of getting converted every second between the min time (immunity before it) and max time (automatically converted if reached).
Yeah, I know that Monks have a 38% chance to convert a unit each second, and conversion resistance reduces the chance.
What I do not know is by how much does 2 conversion resistance reduces this change.
