Polling error counts as disconnect get ban for disconnecting

I get some polling error before I even find a match and it counts as an ALT F4 and I get a ban. I don’t understand why it’s happening.

It has happened to me a couple of times and I hope the developers fix this, it is annoying and the time increases every time it happens to me

This error is back. I’m waiting in the queue, it disconnects, and then I get a ban. What’s with this weird bug?

How I can appeal my ban?

I also have this issue. It happens after all players are ready I guess, and then me or my gf get disconnected and we get a 30min ban. How can this be fixed?
