Issue:

Possible to build village centers without a settlement.
You will gain resource back after deleting an unfinished village center.

Trigger Event:

Was playing the campagin #18
After load a gamesave (quick gamesave).
Active pause enabled.

Repro Steps:

  1. Start campagin #18, or something else
  2. Make a quick gamesave
  3. Load the gamesave
  4. Active pause enabled (PAUSE-key on keyboard)
  5. (Maybe) you need to hold the shift button as well
  6. (Mouse-click) selects village center and try to place it at somewhere
