ISSUE EXPERIENCED
The new Tengri techs (DENatDisciplinedTengri and DENatHonoredTengri) are not unlocked in any of the Post Industrial techs for the civilizations.
While I was verifying that, I noticed the AAStandardNativeTechsPI tech which is set active in the Post Industrials for all European civs and the United States. Therein lies a little bit of a problem as a couple techs are slipped in there that the United States doesn’t have access to, as highlighted in the image below.
Then another bigger related issue, Mexico does not have the AAStandardNativeTechsPI tech activated in their Post Industrial, which likely means they do not currently get any of the DLC native techs unlocked.
