The announced Aoe2 DLC V&V is currently listed as GBP 9.99. That contains
5 new scenarios
14 updated scenarios that are currently available as for free as mods.

Let’s have a look at campaign DLCs from other strategy games:

For GBP 2.49 you can get a whole brandy-new, voiced 7-mission campaign with a light overarching story in Stronghold.

For a GBP 7.99 you can get 2 new lords in Total War Warhammer, that’s 2 whole campaigns each probably 30-40 hours (even 4 compaigns in total if you count vortex campaigns)

Why didn’t you compare it to the other AoE2 DLCs?

-there aren’t any campaign-DLCs for age of empires
-the comparisons to existing DLCs have already been made
-I feel like the price gap is even more drastic with these examples
