Problem in teamgames algorithm

I notice when you team with people way below your rank, the way the system works nearly always make you lose.

For example, if a 1400 player plays with 3x900 players, then it will do an mean and match you against 4 players around 1000-1100 elo.

Except it’s unwinnable, all 900 players will be crushed respectively by every ennemy player, and the better player will play 1vs2, 1vs3 or even 1vs4, and can’t win either.

So you can’t team up with friends that have a worst level than you, you will always make them lose, because can’t carry 1vs4 your team, while they will be all face better player than themself.

A solution should be to stop to do a mean than means nothing, and just match you one by one.

1400 + 900 +950+850, should be match with some team like 1350+950+1000+800 with a little tolerance of course (if you don’t find a 1400 player, you pick a 1350 player, but you then match the 900 player with a 950 player, etc…).

For now, you just don’t want to play with people who don’t have the same level than you.

3 HUGE problems

ELO in teamgames is HIGHLY out of real skill … player with 1000 ELO can be in many many situations way better than a guy with 1300 ELO
