# problem with ranked games not saving in my match history or ranking me up?

i played with a Chinese player(I found out he from china from [aoe4world.com](http://aoe4world.com) leaderboard) and after me winning ranked, it did not save or update my status!

Super annoying. Happened again last night in doubles, going up into the next tier, super hard games only to find that game you just had didn’t count and gave 0 points. Thanks game!
