Problem with Xbox Spam

Hello, I just Bought the game and i instal it. I started the game and then the Message came : Log in, Please log with your Xbox Live Profile in, to continue.
When i click on Log in, nothing came up and restart in a second that Message.
If i click on End, then the game will close.

Please help me i cannot go in the Menu or something else from the game.

I got a Xbox Live Profile.

Probably something got messed up in your user profile.
Do you sign in to Windows with local user account or MS connected user account?
And could you also try to sign in to Windows Store and then from the store launch the game (click play).
You can also check your Xbox live profile and network connection to Xbox live network using the Xbox app.
Of course you will also need to use the same MS account you bought the game with.

If all above doesn’t help, well. Let’s try these first. :slight_smile:

Thank u for the tip.
I did already the connection from MS account to Xbox live.
I tried to laucn the game from windows store but it wont let me.
The connection to Xbox live is good and it works.
I can´t also log in to the Xbox App.

I would like to suggest that you create a fresh new local user account, sign in on that account and try it again. If this doesn’t work either I would suggest to perform an in-place Windows 10 upgrade.

If you can’t sign in on the Xbox app but can sign in to Xbox live website with same account probably some Xbox components in your user profile are missing or got damaged. A new fresh local user account should solve this problem unless things got messed up in the online provisioned packages. This could be caused by Windows 10 crap removal tools.
